Some people said that aluminum foil brings to much heat (but they weren't talking about in their forums/internet about carnivorous plants and the light must be heating as well without aluminum foil, i think). I have a polyester film, a BoPET (maybe a Mylar or some sort, is from wrapping flowers). Which do you think is best ? And put them on the right and on the left of the plants or better if you have a terrarium and cover all up and let the air come in, of course.

I used this chrome spray paint on some cheap boards its like what you would use in photography for bouncing sunlight in photos
